3. User Conduct and Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the content of the files you upload (“Your Content”). You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or to upload content that:
- Infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets.
- Is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or hateful.
- Contains viruses, malware, or any harmful code designed to disrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of software or hardware.
You also agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or networks in any way.
4. File Ownership, Privacy, and Deletion
- Ownership: You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to Your Content. AmorPDF does not claim ownership of your files.
- Privacy: File processing is fully automated; we do not access, view, or copy your content. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
- Automatic Deletion: All files uploaded to our servers are permanently deleted within 2 hours of processing. We cannot recover deleted files.
5. Intellectual Property of the Service
All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including website design, logos, text, graphics, software, and code—are the exclusive property of AmorPDF and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.

- YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
- ANY LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF YOUR FILES.
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OUR SERVERS.
- BUGS, VIRUSES, OR MALICIOUS CODE TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AmorPDF, its affiliates, employees, contractors, officers, and directors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
